The principles of healthy eating

Sodium should be reduced in catering practice

Your feedback...

"I write to congratulate you on the fantastic job you have done at St James' school. We have now sampled the delights from your kitchen for the past two weeks and the quality has been exemplary.

"Each day the children and staff have been delighted by the presentation, flavour and variety of food on offer. Your work in building a successful kitchen team has also been first class. The fresh organic produce on offer cannot be compared with that of other catering companies.

"I wish you all the best in continuing to educate and improve the eating habits of our children."
Allan McLean, Headteacher, St James' School.
